We'll see. "They" say to keep a weight-loss journal. I've never done it in the past, and that didn't really work. So now I'm going to try it. Monday, May 17, 2010 (Day 114)

Not sure what’s up.  Not sure why I don’t care.  I was attributing my lack of weight loss last week to my period and assumed that when it was gone I’d drop weight like a rock.  But it’s Monday.  No more period.  I’m still 178.  That’s what I was last Sunday.  I’m bummed about this.  I worked a ton last week!  I ran.  I did major Biggest Loser workout.  I did 1.5 hours of Gilad.  I was sore all week!  Yeah, yeah, maybe I gained muscle.  Whatever.  I took the kids to the movies Friday night.  Did good for the first half of the movie.  Ate my diet popcorn.  But then I didn’t do so good and ate Chris’s sour Skittles and Cayden’s M&M’s.  Yum!  Oh, and their fruit snacks!  Yum!  We had Chad and Angela over Saturday.  I ate a couple hot dogs.   I ate pancakes for breakfast.  Included with dinner was mac and cheese.  And garlic potatoes.  And washed it all down with a yummy brownie.  I don’t feel bad.  I fasted Sunday for Lonny and Amy.  So really my weekend should have evened out.  But I’m still at 178.  My body is fighting me!  I know I’m bloated though because my ring is tight.  I know I didn’t gain weight enough to make my ring tight.  So I’m not worrying about it.  Vacation is next week and I plan to enjoy it.  I wanted to take my 50 pounds lost pictures before vacation though!  We’ll see how this week goes.  Oh!  And I bbq-ed chicken Saturday.  I did awesome!  But along with the bbq chicken I grilled several breasts with just lemon pepper.  I sliced them up and put them in the freezer.  So I’m set with healthy chicken for salads, sandwiches, whatever.  I’m excited about that!  I’m bummed that I took my water bottle home last Friday and forgot to bring it back today.  I won’t get the amount of water I should today.  Hopefully I’ll remember tomorrow.
