The purpose of this blog is solely for me. The entries are nothing but my ramblings. I do no proofreading, no editing, no filtering. 100% honest thoughts. Will this help me lose weight? I don't know. We'll see. "They" say to keep a weight-loss journal. I've never done it in the past, and that didn't really work. So now I'm going to try it. I'm not sure who needs more luck, me, or anyone who comes across this blog and actually reads it!

Tuesday, May 18, 2010 (Day 115)

Weighed in at 176 this morning!  I think I weighed that sometime last week too, before the whole period and eating like crap Friday and Saturday came along.  I hope I drop a lot this week.  At least to or below 175 so I can take my 50 pounds lost pictures!  I couldn’t wake up and exercise this morning.  I don’t know what it is.  I wake up at 5 a.m. (30 minutes before my alarm).  Then I fall back to sleep right before I need to wake up and can’t get up at 5:30 to exercise.  I must admit that I didn’t try all that hard to get up this morning because it’s Tuesday.  Tuesday is when The Biggest Loser comes on television.  So I really like going on the treadmill while The Biggest Loser is on anyway.  So it’s all good.  And Ray is working tonight.  And I did The Biggest Loser workout last night, so today IS my treadmill day anyway.  I think I’ll jog again.  I did Sunday and it felt good.  Tomorrow morning I need to wake up and exercise though because I need to clean the house Wednesday.  I want to have it looking good for the weekend so I can enjoy the weekend and enjoy packing for vacation and such.  I’m happy to be at 176 though.
